This Refund & Return Policy applies to all digital products purchased from ArtKran (www.artkran.com). By placing an order on our Website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Nature of Products

All products sold on our Website are digital software products delivered electronically. These may include:

  • Downloadable software packages
  • License or activation keys
  • Cloud-based service access

As such, no physical shipping or return is applicable.


2. General Refund Conditions

Due to the non-returnable and non-revocable nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered, except in the following exceptional situations:

a. Non-functional License Key

If the license key or activation credentials provided do not work and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days, a full refund may be granted.

b. Product Not Delivered

If your product (license key, download link, or access credentials) was not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment, and you did not receive any response from us after contacting support, you may be eligible for a full refund.

c. Irreconcilable Compatibility Issues

If the software is proven (by support logs or system diagnostics) to be completely incompatible with your operating system, and no workaround is available, a refund may be considered.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • You simply changed your mind or no longer need the product
  • You purchased the wrong product or version by mistake
  • You failed to read the system requirements or product description
  • The product was successfully delivered and functional
  • Delays caused by incorrect contact details provided at checkout

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase via:

  • Include: Order ID, reason for request, screenshot or description of the issue

All refund requests are reviewed manually. We may require additional information for verification.


5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.


6. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue, your license(s) may be suspended, and your account may be blacklisted from future purchases.

We reserve the right to report fraudulent transactions to relevant payment gateways and authorities.
